so i finally went to dessert truck works on sunday to satisfy my week-long craving for their warm bread pudding and i had wanted to try their espresso panna cotta too, but they were out of that…sad.
and so i kept thinking about it allll day on Monday and since I had the day off, in a fit of crazy cravings/ambitiousness, i decided to make my own panna cotta: lemon buttermilk panna cotta with warm carmelized peaches. it was SO GOOD.
